2. Our Service
ROLO allows users to create permanent digital Life Profiles containing memories, photographs, videos, voice recordings, timelines and other content celebrating someone's life.
We may improve, modify or update the platform over time.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for your account.
- Keep your password secure.
- Provide accurate information.
- You must not impersonate another person.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload.
By uploading content you confirm that you have permission to use it and grant ROLO permission to store and display it as part of the service.
5. Respect for Others
You must not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing material.
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms.
6. Payments
Publishing a Life Profile requires a one-time payment of £60.
Creating an account and building a profile before publishing is free.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
7. Availability
While we aim to keep ROLO available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Intellectual Property
The ROLO platform, branding, design and software remain our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROLO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ROLO constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
